My experience with Dr. Parikh was deeply disappointing. Referred by my primary doctor, the visit took an unexpected and unsatisfactory turn. Dr. Parikh's 60-second new patient conversation left me feeling unacknowledged and unprepared. He swiftly suggested a fine needle biopsy (FNB) and, displayed impatience during the procedure. Billing complications added to the frustration. I was asked for an $800 payment for FNB upfront and received additional bill including $372 for a new patient evaluation, despite minimal evaluation. Despite my objections, the clinic insisted on full payment. This experience was marked by hasty medical care, unjustified billing, and a lack of responsiveness to concerns. I will not recommend this doctor and clinic to any patients.

My Dad and I visited on Dec. 1, 2020, for enlarged thyroid ultrasounds. He spent less than 10 minutes with both of us. He told my Dad that while 9 out of 10 thyroid surgeons would recommend a biopsy for his enlarged thyroid, he was not one of them. Fast forward 3 months and my Dad did undergo a biopsy and they found advanced lymphoma. He died the next month. If Dr. Parikh had not been so overconfident and arrogant and had spent a little more time with us during the consultation, my Dad might still be with us today.

Widely acknowledged and subsequently performed as a world class Parathyroid surgeon! His level of expertise in performing the surgery in a manner that enables fast recovery and healing is a principal reason why you should seek out his professional opinion on your case! Very smart man and Atlanta resident patients are fortunate have him practicing medicine in our community. Apparently many patients travel long distances based on his reputation to access surgical talents and expertise!

Horrible wait time. Dr is very impatient. Seems irritated when you ask questions. Gave me one word answers.

Fantastic parathyroid surgeon. His calm demeanor combined with his skill and expertise really put me at ease. Surgery was really a breeze. I saw another surgeon at Piedmont who was going to make a 3 inch incision and I was going to have to stay overnight!! See Dr. Parikh for any parathyroid problem. When I was in his office, there were about 10 people in the waiting room, all to see him for a thyroid or parathyroid problem. It was nice to connect with other people with my same problem!!

Dr. Parikh is an excellent surgeon. He took very good care of me and has even operated on my daughter. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone, and I am VERY picky about my doctors.

Had parathyroid surgery last week. I can't beleive how good I feel!!!! My joints don't ache, I don't have a foggy brain, and I am certainly easier to be around :) Dr. Parikh is great. I did not take a single pain pill and I was in and out of his surgery center in 2 hours. I just wish I wouldn't have waited so long to have surgery!!!!!

My name is Ashley Adams. Dr Parikh did my thyroid surgery two weeks ago. And I can't believe what an amazing job he did. I went back to work to days after surgery, my scar is barely visible, and I feel great. my endocrinologist was shocked as she has never seen anyone do thyroid surgery like this. And he is a very skilled surgeon, super nice, and his staff is great.
