Dr. Nightingale always finds the answer to my symptoms and has provided helpful advice as well as medications and treatments.

I have been going to Dr Nightengale for years and he takes the time to listen and address all concerns. I rated 4 on knowledge and helpfulness because 5 is prefect and no one is perfect. When he doesn't have the answer off the top of his head, he is willing to take the time and do the research. I know this because of my specific conditions… At times the staff has called with a change the doc has decided I need to make so I know he must be doing follow up work even if a patient doesn't hear about it. I think the staff are friendly and nice but I gave them a 3 because on more than one occasion they have forgotten to let me know about procedures or appointments that they have arranged for me at the doctor's request and the way I find out is a call to remind me of an appt the next day that I didn't know had been made. You almost never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. In summary, I respect and trust this Doctor so that I don't plan on ever changing doctors.

WE have four kids and he is wonderful. Not a liberal nut pushing organic or homeopathic remedies.

office staff is rude, Dr. was cold, and pushed a lot of medications with no explanation why. there is one nurse there that was very kind and curteous
