Dr Jain was great but she’s no longer seeing pain patients. Her current nurse practitioner should not be in healthcare. I’ve been going to this office and have gone through 8 NP without incident. I’ve been struggling with for 8 months and I’m in more pain than I was 6.5 years ago. Don’t waist your time or money.

Good compassionate doctor. For the first time i felt that someone listened to me. She is so cheerful that seeing her makes me smile and my pain scale goes down by a couple of points. Front office staff is excellent. They worked with me on my high deductible plan and put me on a payment plan. The labs were smooth, one stick and i did not even feel it. I am back on a low dose of meds and weekly physical therapy. Had my first injection today of the three injection series...already feel super.

I saw the NP. Seemed like he knew what he was talking about and explained well. Wrote RX which did nothing for me and never received the 2nd one that would be mailed to me and it's been a month. Talked to them at the desk the next week and they said they'd check on it. Still haven't heard anything from them in 3 weeks. Scheduled injections in Coppell because of my insurance, but never called to let me know when they were scheduled for. Luckily, the doctor there was going to be on vacation and that facility called to reschedule me. Dr. Jain's office sent me a text to remind me of the scheduled injections 10 minutes after I was supposed to be there. They texted me again 10 minutes after I was supposed to be there the following week when I had rescheduled. I ended up not getting injections because the machinery was not operating, which I appreciated that honesty. After my doctor made complaints that it has been a month and the only service I've gotten is a massage, the compounding pharmacy called and told me they had just received my RX from a month before and that they are out of that medication. I finally ended up going back to my internal medicine doc who wrote me a RX for steroid packet and muscle relaxers and PT. I'm finally getting some relief, but no thanks to Dr. Jain's poorly managed office.

I have known Dr. Jain for years now. She is one of the best pain doctors in the area. Not sure about the patients writing these bad reviews. If you are just looking for high doses of narcotics, you will not get that at this clinic. Dr. Jain has a multidisciplinary approach and you need to follow her program if you need to get better. She will not just keep you on pills...I love her. Her NP is great too.

I fired them. Office staff rude, incompetent, makes mistakes then blames patient! Expect regular increases in follow up fees. $200 to check BP. In 7 yrs saw Jain ONCE, then just NP. HIGH turnover rate of NPs makes you wonder. Seems fishy.
