Wait, wait, wait -- no matter if you're the very first morning patient! I had the first appointment of the day and he arrived 45 minutes late, as the nurse was telling me that he always arrived late. He heard her and glared at both of us. The nurse smiled and said, "Guess I'm in trouble now." So, an hour after my appt. time -- the very first one, Dr. Kagan entered the room. He was completely dismissive of me. He never apologized for his lateness. He was rude and arrogant, and he treated me like I had done something to him! That was the last time I will ever book my child's appt. with him. I would not recommend this doctor.
