Stay away from this office. I had a free consultation with Dr Spann for a breast lift

My daughter experienced an infection the day after a small surgery that Dr. Spann performed. When we tried to get follow up care all we got was the run around from his office staff (He was gone for Thanksgiving). We finally sought help from a family friend who is a Dr. and confirmed that it was in fact a rapidly progressing infection. During her follow up appointment, my wife shared our experience with Dr. Spann and he did the same thing that his office staff had done, cut her short and denied that it had anything to do with them. We received zero follow up care but plenty of denial and resistance from Dr. Spann and Couture Medical. Quick to get defensive and make excuses rather than address issues.

After many years of suffering from scoliosis over the years, the pain just got worse to the point that my neck and shoulders were always hurting. I decided to have a breast reduction at COUTURE Dermatology and Plastic Surgery with Dr. Marvin Spann. The day of the surgery after I was send home, I noticed right away that the shoulder pain was not there. Dr. Spann is a perfectionist! Now I see my breast small, young, and beautiful. The care and attention from the staff is just amazing; Alyssa and Kayla thank you for always cheering me up while I was recovering from this surgical procedure. Definitely I will recommend Dr. Spann.

Dr Spann and his staff (Ashley/Alyssa) have been great to work with. I was very nervous and very picky, they came through like champs! I could not be more pleased with my results. I would recommend Dr. Spann without hesitation.

My visits to Dr. Spann"s office are always pleasant, satisfying and promt. The Dr. and staff answer all my questions without hesitation and patiently no matter what they are. Part of the service is to make patients feel at ease.
I would refer my friends and family to Dr. Spann any time with no hesitation.

I recently has a breast reduction done by Dr. Spann. He was an excellent surgeon and I couldn't be happier with the results. He Office staff was prompt and polite. I never had to tell them who I was or what I was there for. I never waited more than 10 minutes. I would recommend Dr. Spann to all my friends.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Spann's and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him, his office, and his staff. I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Spann last summer, and I have to say that my results are AMAZING!! During all of my follow ups the staff has been so helpful and caring, and the office is so warm and inviting. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience from start to finish. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Spann and his entire office staff. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to send family and friends to him for surgery because I know they would be in very capable, caring hands.

I commend Dr. Marvin Spann on his
all-around experience during a time of great tribulation in my life. I am a patient of his and have been since 2011 when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer and undergone 4 surgeries for I suffered an infection . With the help of a very good Infectious Doctor and a good Surgeon I was able to hurdle all the obstacles towards the path to recovery. As a Health Care professional myself I appreciate the professional bedside manner he and his team provides. They are always consistent in terms of service and care even through their transition from a group clinic to a private practice. Dr. Spann has great attention to detail which makes me feel that he really cares. It also shows in the appearance of his clinic. He provides a very comforting environment during your time of need. That is why I chose to continue my treatment with him even though I live 45 minutes away. I truly believe that my recovery was greatly amplified by having him as my doctor. Thank you Dr. Marvin Spann for taking care of me and making me feel whole again.

Dr. Spann seems to be a fairly good surgeon but he doesn't always have his patients best interest in mind. He will try to sell whatever surgery he can, disregarding what is healthy for his patients. If there is an emergency, or you develop an infection at a time that's not convenient for him-you are out of luck. I would not recommend Dr. Spann to anyone.

Dr. Spann and staff are great they always take time to listen and help you threw what you need. I had a appointment with Dr. Spann and I got bad news and started crying and the staff was so carrying that they offered to give me a ride home, I have never been to a doctors office that cared so much for me that made me feel so good about the whole situation. Dr Spann has preformed several surgery's on me and has made me feel comfortable were I was having panic attacks and Doctor Spann would come in and crack a joke and I would relax and know everything would be alright, I trust Dr Spann and staff, they always follow up and make you feel like part of the family. I would recommend them to any one who needs to have plastic surgery and wants to get great care all around, big kudos to the whole staff and Dr. Spann.
