Dr. Shapiro is fabulous! He is straightforward but in a very caring way. Thanks to him we are expecting our first baby after thinking it could never happen. The lab techs, phlebotomist and nurses were also very good. As much as I love Dr. Shapiro, the rest of the office is lacking. Trying to get a phone call back is nearly impossible. Getting information and questions answered, good luck. We finally had to threaten to email the doctor directly after leaving numerous messages and emails to get someone from the financial department to call us. Our coordinator changed 3 times with no notification.

I have gone through 2 complete cycles with Dr Shapiro. He is an excellent physician and I completely trust that he will get us pregnant. His staff on the other hand.....at least once a week my appointment was messed up (and I travel 2 1/2 hrs each way), I NEVER got return messages from my coordinator (they switched and didn't inform me), my out of country medications were not ordered complete so I was short on several injections with no time to order more, after last failed cycle, we inquired about embryo donation and the coordinator who handles it did not respond to my email or voicemail, I had to contact someone else who told me that she would be in contact with me "no later than next week". Talk about frustrating!! Where's the compassion to the parents who've tried TWICE and spent a ton of money to conceive?

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Shapiro and it was the best thing that could happen to us. He was extremely confident, knowledgeable and passionate about his field. He made us feel confident that we would get pregnant and now, we have a beautiful 1 y/o son. He was conceived after 1 attempt with IVF. Dr. Shapiro knew exactly what would work for us and instrumented it perfectly! He is the best in his field and we highly recommend him to anyone trying to conceive!

I went through IVF before and this was my second time.. Even leaving state. I've heard the IVF nurse I worked with is no longer there which is good because her attitude wasn't fantastic but some staff was nice and some was not. This isn't about the office though yet about the Doctor and I LOVE LOVE Dr Shapiro He was positive, confident and had no qualms about getting us pregnant.. I have 5 month old twins to prove it.

Dr shapiro enrolls in IVF Trials..needs to use the money to hire an efficient IVF coordinator. I cancelled consultation due to constantly being ignored, no return phn calls or return emails from coordinator. Could not get enough info from coordnator until I had already purchased plane ticket out there and I decided this wasn't going to work. I cancelled appt through through IVF coordinator who never took me out of the appt book. I got called for my 'missed appt.' Not a good impression of this office.

So far so good! I just began the process with dr. Shapiro but already my experience has been good. They are super friendly but at the same time knowledgable, helpful, and organized. I previously went to Dr. mcConnell and her staff was horrible. Dr. S is highly credentialed and has an amazing staff. I feel so hopeful now!

My wifes ob recommend Dr. Shapiro but her freind told her another clinic was better & cheaper. So my wife went there instead and they overstimulated her and she swelled up and got really sick. And no baby. We decided not to see him again. So we went to Dr Shapiro next time. He used different meds so she made more good eggs and didnt get sick at all. And shes PREGNANT with TWINS! The price was really less than the other doctor because everything cost extra at the other place. With Dr. Shapiro everything was included in the price, no surprises. My wifes ob said "I told you so". Should have listened to her the 1st time.

Dr. Shapiro and the Fertility Clinic of Las Vegas has changed our lives. After 2 years ttc we thought we were never going to be able to have kids. I have been going to Dr.Shapiro now for about 8 months and I am pregnant with TWINS!!! I will forever be in debt to this man, he is an angel.
