He did not order IV fluids when my blood pressure was 85/53 and refused to admit me into the hospital when I was very short of breath and when I have been on breathing treatments at home every 2 hours.

Dr. Tobias took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me professionally. This was even after one of his senior colleagues spoke to me rudely and disregarded the health problem that brought me to the department.
