Very surprised at some of the comments below. Have had wonderful experience at Dr. Grovers and several family members go there. Receptionist is probably the nicest and kindest I have ever met. And his staff is very good and professional.

Dr. Grover needs more experience in fitting crowns. First crown didn't fit ...to big , to high and pushed in my gum that caused an infection............he took it out and damaged my back tooth ........... I am on my 2nd crown and it still doesn't fit to low and doesn't connect with gums....I have sensitivity cant eat, drink hot or cold he wants to do a root canal!. I am in constant discomfort/ pain.............its a nightmare. He offers to return my money back and go to another dentist? His assistant told me that I will have issues with the crow in the future...........is this real?

The receptionist at the front desk is rude and uncaring. She didn't like the area I lived in and let me know it and another patient waiting. I felt very uncomfortable. The lady that cleaned my teeth acted like my teeth should be already clean. She complained the whole time during the cleaning. Again very uncomfortable. The Dentist has an I'm better then you attitude. It was such a bad day for me. To bad I had to move away from my nice dentist. Hopefully I will do better with my next dentist.choice.

Being quadriplegic in wheelchair visited this office twice with same problem. Needed emergency care. Had even everything needed (x-ray, examination description) with me. Didn't meet any commiseration, didn't get any help. Front desk woman was uneducated jack in office without any idea about dentistry. To come to this office in wheelchair was long painful story for me... but left this office with nothing, never again
