She is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective therapist I've ever been to. I had an instant rapport with her and trusted her very quickly. Besides listening well and really understanding my problems, she offers solid advice. She doesn't just help me get perspective, she gives me ways of thinking about things and concrete strategies to cope with my life. She also has a great sense of humor (and appreciates mine) which is a must for me. She has helped me through some very difficult times, and I don't know where I'd be without her.
