Dr. Plotnitskiy is my absolute favorite. He delivered my son and will deliver #2. He became my regular doctor when my Doctor suffered from Cancer...he stepped in and was great. I have referred my sister to him and she loves him as well. Also delivered her daughter. The nurses at South Nassau love him!! I highly recommend him.
In all fairness, once he moved from RVC to Valley Stream, his wait times have gotten a little worse. In RVC, it was maybe 10 minutes at most...I have 2 appointments that I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time. But he's worth it!!!

Dr. Plotnitskiy is amazing and the reviewer below is incorrect. He has a mild accent accent and his English is excellent. He is thorough and kind. He took his time with me at every appointment and answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. He has a very calm demeanor. He delivered all three of my sons. He wasn't my original doctor but became my regular doctor after I was admitted through the emergency room at the local hospital because labor was progressing with my first son and I didn't have time to drive to the hospital where I intended to deliver. I liked him so much that he became my doctor. I can also credit him with saving my life when I hemorrhaged after my first son was born. My subsequent deliveries were uncomplicated and performed by him. I highly recommend him.

Brushed off my concern, went for second opinion and turns out the problem he ignored was serious and needed to be treated. Not sure if he completely understood my problem, as his English was broken and he himself was hard to understand.
