Three hospitals and entire teams of neurosurgeons said I would be like Christopher Reeve for the rest of my life in a wheelchair and on a breathing tube. Dr. Sinkov said he thought he could do better. Now 10 years later, I just finished doing another 5K. Simply the best!!!

After 10 years of agony and all the shots and PT. I needed surgery on my neck. As an active 42 y/o individual, fusion was out of the question for me. When the FDA final approve disc replacement on 2 levels, I sought out the DRs. that could do it. He was the only one at the time. The surgery was new. Being his first 2 levels disc replacement patient I was very nervous. After meeting with him I decided to go for it. He was very professional and thorough. The recovery was quick. I am now 3 years in and doing great. Great job on my 2 level disc replacement surgery. I’m sad to see him move. Best of luck.

Dr Sinkov made the difficult diagnosis that my other doctors didn't for years and also was able to determine that I possibly had Elhers Danlos causing me more pain. He then performed surgery despite my vacation and crazy schedules, accomodated my superstitions, had an awesome staff that set all my pre op way ahead of time so that I could get my surgery done right after my India trip. He was supportive of all my questions and was very thoughtful and thorough about everything. Six weeks later when he met me at the clinic, he actually remembered what we exchanged before I was wheeled into surgery. Hats off to him. I was really touched and impressed. I'm recovering slowly but I can already tell that I'm in lesser pain post op outside of the healing pain. Thank you for being a great doctor, surgeon and most importantly a wonderful person. I wish you and your family the best as you move to another city.~ Deepa K

I have been suffering with back pain for the last 20 years. By the time I met Dr. Sinkov, I was at the end of my rope. He spent a great deal of time my answering all my questions, never rushing. I was impressed with his explanations and bedside manner. He recommended a one level minimally invasive surgery called (TLIF) fusion technique. I left the hospital the next day, I got out of bed right away and was walking 10,000 steps within the first week. I feel like I never had surgery. Everyone always asked me why I didn’t go to Boston. The answer is simple…..Dr. Sinkov. The last day that we left his office for my postop visit, I thought my husband was going to cry. We really appreciate all the effort in he has put into my care when other surgeons were completely unsympathetic and did not go the extra mile. Thank you, Dr. Sinkov! I will always remember what you did for me and my family! ~Susan Sheehy
