Lady on the desk is very rude. She said my stuff were ready to pick up, told her I was going to come at a certain hour, she said that was fine. Once I got there she just said that it was closed and I couldn't get my stuff... It was just a pickup.

Excellent experience. Dr Kron was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Working in the medical profession and my first pair of glasses, he made feel comfortable and did it with ease because, in my opinion, it is second nature to him.
