The office service is awful. Weird unexpected charges that just pop up out of nowhere are common and after being paid up in full too. The office almost never returns calls and leaves you hanging for days expecting to hear from them. Forget about refills, you have to go in for an office visit for that so they can charge you. Find a different doctor if you expect to be cared about..

Staff brings this from great to almost poor. Staff does not follow through with duties. Try to call for a prescription is a nightmare with staff.

I have been to many psychiatrists. Dr. Ram has so far been the best. He tries to work with you rather than tell you what to do.

Please do not use Ramakanth K Vemuluri. The guy is disrespectful, arrogant, sarcastic, inconsiderate and blatantly rude. He treats his patients just as a check. A Veteran or any other patient should not be treated as I have witness.

The staff at this office is AWFUL!!!!!! They also had the worst office manager in the world thank god they replaced her. They really need to replace the girls in the front. They are rude and do not care. You can hear them talking about other patients while you are sitting in the waiting room. Do not go there.
