It is hard to get a hold of anyone at this office. The staff needs to be trained to address the needs of the patients.

Dr. Stephens is the best pain mgmt dr. i've seen (and I've seen several). I particularly appreciate his understanding and his multi-pronged approach to controlling pain. I highly recommend him.

The Dr.'s seem nice enough. Their staff are probably the rudest I have ever dealt with. If all Dr.s offices are like them, I hope I NEVER have to go to a Dr.s office ever again.
