I was prescribed pain medication that I am allergic to ... has been noted on every form I have filled out. Two days now and Dr. Cassim has not returned my phone calls. VERY disappointed!!!

My husband had a discogram with Dr. Cassim at Desert Orthopedic Center. Dr. Cassim forgot to have a control level so the expensive procedure was worthless. We went Dr. Etebar and he said Dr. Cassim at Desert Orthopedic Center is a quack and the expensive procedure was useless. Dr. Cassim sent the images of the discogram to our house because Dr. Etebar refused to use them. How do we interpret these results, we are not doctors. A discogram is a very painful surgery since you have to stay awake. My husband was in bed for two weeks because of the terrible pain from Dr. Cassim's faulty discogram surgery. STAY AWAY FROM DR. CASSIM AND DESET ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (DOC).
