Thanks to Carol Knowles and Dr Ramos, today is the first day since August that I have not had to take pain meds as soon as getting out of bed! I love you guys!!!

Dr Ramos, was very rude from the first visit. he doesn't take the time to listen to patients and the visit was over in a flash, on to the next patient.

Treated my 85 year old mother. No compassion. Rude. Condescending. Was offended if you questioned anything. Will never stop foot in this practice again. You are herded like cattle and rushed in and out. All about the $.

I had the unfortunate opportunity of being treated by Dr ramos...aka RAMROD RAMOS. I sustained a work place injury and he was the doctor the insurance company provided. It felt he was more concerned about insurance company issues than providing me care. I will never forgot how rude, hateful and ill thus man was towards me. As if I was in his presence wasting HIS time. I sustained injuries that didnt require surgery but SEVERLY changed my life. As if my neck,shoulder,arm injuries and chronic pain disorder wasnt enough I was told at the time Dr
ramos was the only doctor who could give me an injection I needed in my neck. Lord knows I tried to find other providers in the same office/branch voicing my experiences about him. When he gave me the injection he intentionly caused me pain!! I will never forget!!!He made the pain, stress and depression I suffered from my injuries and workers compensation ordeal 10xs WORST. A doctor isnt obligated to be likable but he or she should be HUMAN. He should know his actions, words, behavior,demeanor,opinions,judgements and medical practices should put his patients in the best place/care he can humanly provide. No patient deserves to leave hurt physically and mentally at odds with their doctor. Everytime I visited this doctor it was a NEGATIVE experience. I no longer view doctors/health professionals the same. Yes he went to college to become a doctor but its obvious he doesnt have love for what he does. As a doctor regardless of what anyone says that should be the very 1st rule.

Dr. Ramos has been an incredible medical partner. He has been my doctor for about 10 years. He listens, is empathetic, focused on the pain, and has great followup skills. I recommend him highly.
