Dr. Arellano saw me in the ER after I slipped & fell on water. He diagnosed me with a possible 'old' knee fracture which I denied happened. After an MRI & being seen by an Orthopedic Specialist, I was clearly diagnosed with a torn ACL, MCL, Meniscus ligament tear, Meniscus tear by the root & LCL sprain...no fracture. In his report he stated I had drug seeking behavior & asked for the pain medicine by name, completely untrue! Reported my injury not enough to be in that much pain, when in fact my knee was blown out! He put other completely untrue statements in my medical report, too. I'm very upset to be "profiled" in this way. I'm a professional who it turns out has a very serious & painful injury that will require surgery & take months to heal. Shame on Dr, Arellano for saying those things. He's a young Doctor & I hope he learns from this & thinks twice before reporting untrue statements on medical records that follow people with them.
