Dr wrongly said I didn't have rheumatoid arthritis despite being treated for it for 30 years, having a high SED rate, with extreme bone deformity. Unbelievable! Then she kept visiting me every day in hospital (I'm sure to bill my insurance) despite her saying I don't have RA.

This woman should be sued . I had severe reactions to her prescription and she would not give me another medication. She just wrote me one for the same thing. Also, when I cancelled my appointment the woman who answered the phone just said "okay". She did not ask me if I wanted to make another appointment. Needless to say, I will never go back.

Amazing doctor and staff! Explains everything , and personally called with my results . Treats her patients like family! You just don't find this type of care anymore. Amanda and all the staff are outstanding .!

Very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. She takes time to explain your diagnosis and treatment. She also returns phone calls quickly and a lot of the time herself.

This is the worst Doctor i have ever met,She started yelling at me as soon as she walked in the room,Told me I was an alcoholic even though I dont drink,You would have to be crazy to give her a good rating.

Dr Syed is completely ignorant of the current American College of Rheumatology guidelines for diagnosis of RA and inflammatory arthritis. She told me nothing was wrong with me simply because I was seronegative. Approximately 30% of patients with RA are seronegative, with 30-40% of those patients NEVER become seropositive. She refused to look at my X-rays and other physician notes that clearly indicate bone loss and narrowing of joints. Her bedside manner is RUDE on top of her ignorance & unprofessionalism.

I have been suffering off and on for many years with severe fatigue, and extreme nerve-related pain. My family doctor suggested I be evaluated by a rheumatologist. I went to see Dr. Syed. I have to agree with the other two "poor" ratings on here. Dr. Syed was extremely condescending. I could barely get a word in edgewise, and when I did speak, she ignored what I was saying. She was very confrontational and demanded to know "who sent me to see her". As if I was just wasting her time. I was very dissapointed overall. It seems as if she would rather just diagnose EVERYONE with fibromyalgia and leave it at that. Even though I had extremely high levels of inflammation showing through blood tests, she chose to ignore that and not even test further for anything else, once the R/A test came back negative. She actually even had the audacity to say "oh, that doesn't matter". Maybe not to her...but it does to my physician and I. I wouldn't trust her with my worst enemy...

My 80 year old mother was referred to Dr Syed by an Infusion Treatment center. She was extremely confrontational, very insensitive, condescending and rude. My mother suffers from acute and chronic pain that radiates down her left leg and we were trying to rule out whether or not she has rheumatoid arthritis. Dr Syed thought it was ridiculous that we would consider testing for RA when she believed my mother clearly suffers from Osteoarthritis. We would NEVER recommend her or her office as we felt that we were shuttled through their system like cattle.
