I met Dr. Shah four months ago for a consultation for ongoing knee pain. The first thing that impressed me was his ability to read my knee x-ray and cogently explain how its degeneration had contributed to other physical ailments over the years. At the end of our discussion, the real question seemed to be “do you want it replaced, or to let it keep degrading and damaging other joints in your body?”
My knee was replaced three months ago and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Shah did an excellent job, and moreover answered all my questions before and after surgery.
Two years before meeting Dr. Shah my physical therapist of 6 years told me if I ever needed a knee replacement to make sure I got Dr. Shah. More surprisingly, while in the hospital overnight the day of the surgery, 3 people from different departments told me Dr. Shah was the best. Don’t just take my word for it, all of those people see his work daily.
