Doctor prescribed a weight loss narcotic thy costs $200 a month—I saw him for obvious thyroid all issue hoping to get a full hormone panel done. I got no results and no help with what I initially saw him for. DHEA was recommended before test results. Very disappointed since I still have the issues. PS I’m not grossly overweight.

Rami told me to take DHEA 25 mg on my first visit and didn’t even know my hormone levels. I never received a response in regards to my lab results. I called the office due to adverse side effects and asked if spotting was normal since menopausal…. Crickets literally no call back and he never even called in a prescription to help me gain weight like he said. I did however get my bill in the mail…no joke. Go to another clinic they obviously don’t care about anything but the insurance money. I waited 3 months to be seen and was pointless. I also got a huge hematoma when did my labs, it was the worst experience I ever had at a clinic

Dr. Mortada wrongly said I'd never be cancer-free, kept my levels the opposite of what they should be for years, delayed conferring with/referring to other doctors multiple times, & my tubes are needlessly tied because of his lack of knowledge. He deleted the reviews section of his FB page after I left a honest review, so he's apparently thin-skinned & unable to face his own shortcomings in addition to being incompetent. Run far, far away from Dr. Rami Mortada.

Dr. Mortada has been my Endocrinologist for a few years now. I was referred to him when I was pregnant and found out I had Thyroid- related issues. I have never had such a great experience with a physician as I have with him. Dr. Mortada is caring, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to his job. He remembers who I am and small details. He is very thorough and explains things in detail if I ever have questions. Dr. Mortada is a rockstar and if you are ever looking for an Endo. in Wichita area then he is undoubtedly the man you should go to!
