Dr. Gutherie's office has been treating my family for over 50 years, back when they knew next to nothing about type 1 diabeties. Dr. Gutherie and his assositates, saved my Uncles life on more then one occasion. Now that my 13 year old son and 22 year old cousin have been diagonsed Mid america Diabetes clinc has been our saving grace. From dealing with surgeons that don't have a clue what they're talking about to middle of the night freak outs.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. He was so kind to my 10 ten year old. I think the educators are absolutely top notch and really care about each patient.

The staff was great but the doctor was abrupt and chose not to listen to what I was telling him. We spent time and my daughter went through anguish and we have no answers because I had to stop the test he was running because he couldn't handle it. He was no where to be found during the test and had a resident doctor who knew nothing about the test trying to direct it. It was stressful and we are looking for a new pediatric endocrinologist that will listen and not use torture methods to diagnose.

Dr. Guthrie's office is filled with an amazing group of people who are very knowledgable and always willing to help. They transformed my diabetes from a disaster into something very manageable!!! I love this place!!!
