I came to this dentist during a stressful time in my life. First of all, I have dental anxiety which causes me to have panic attacks. Both the dentist and assistant talked me through my first appointment and I remained calm. It was really the first time in years I did not have to be medicated for dental work. I returned a few weeks later, after finding out I have medistatic breast cancer. Dr. Campbell was so understanding, she gave me a hug and said " I will be here for you,no matter what". She was the only one of my medical team to say that to me. I have been getting all of my dental work in this office for a year now. Dr.Campbell is gentle and patient, making sure you are comfortable as she does her work. They are extremely understanding when I have to cancel an appointment last minute, due to medical issues. They never make me feel bad when I can't get everything done, because of fatigue . I love the group of ladies who run this practice, I have only positive things to say.

After looking at all the reviews, I was very excited to schedule my appointment. When I stepped in, the front desk was on the phone talking about her personal thing (she has a very thick African accent). She did not even look at me. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get started with a bunch of paper works. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to be seated. The hygienist was quite rude and wasn't thorough at all. I still feel like I need another cleaning, even though the procedure was very painful!! Her voice was very demanding. She told me "open", "close" and did not even asked if I felt comfortable or not. My coworker who referred me to this practice told me that I would love the hygienist (??!!). Well, the doctor was kind. She explained everything. However, I felt like she added some unnecessary stuff to my treatment plan.

I honestly can't begin to tell you how much I love this dentist. She talks to me and my family like we're friends and it's always a pleasure to see her. I'll start from when you enter. The waiting room always has a family friendly movie playing and there is cold water available to everyone. The office has big windows in every room so the natural lighting is very relaxing. The staff all know me by name and are always cheerful. Cleanings are done thorough but delicately as to not hurt anyone and fillings are done usually with a movie of your choice playing in the background to take your mind off what's going on. After every cleaning you get a goodie bag, and although it is a minor detail, it's a great finish to a wonderful dental experience. Believe it or not I actually look forward to coming to the dentist now, Janice is the best, highly highly recommended.

This Dentist is the finest I have ever had the good fortune to meet. She is kind, intelligent, knows her craft and has made every visit to her office a pleasure. That is something I thought I would never have the opportunity to say about a visit to the dentist. Not hurting you or causing pain is her first priority. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone, especially someone with sensitive teeth. It is amazing to say this, but I actually look forward to my visits to her office. Oh by the way, the staff is equally knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Finding a new dentist can be a very traumatic experience, but Janice was extremely calming and informative. She took her time with me, and gave me all the knowledge necessary to make good choices. I felt very safe letting her work on my teeth. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have recommended her to my friends and family. I will definitely be coming here for a long time to come

Going to the dentist is a cause of stress and anxiety for me, and I've been avoiding it much to the expense of my dental health. Fortunately, that all changed after my first visit with Dr. Dionisio-Ma. Dr. Dionisio-Ma is highly skilled and experienced and was committed to providing me with the most relaxing and enjoyable environment possible. What truly set her apart from other dentists, other than the quality of her work, was the atmosphere of her practice. Even the staff was friendly and inviting, further helping me relax while improving my dental health. In addition, she educated me about my dental care and current dental health by letting me see for myself. Mini cameras made hard-to-see areas of my mouth viewable and helped me become aware of the improvements that need to be made. Dr. Dionisio-Ma was dedicated to making me feel comfortable and ensured my visit was truly an enjoyable experience. First let me start by saying this was my first time to the dentist in about 10 years, yeah I know a long time. I've always had bad memories or anesthesia and painful procedures. Called set the appointment. Was called two days before as a reminder good then since I had already forgot. Got there and was welcomed by there extremely nice office manager and Dr. Ma herself. Before anything I was asked many questions by Dr. Ma and took the time to answer every single one of mines. X-rays went quick but didn't get the cleaning since I was suggested needing a deep cleaning instead. Came in couple weeks later for my deep cleaning guess Dr. Ma sensed I was a bit nervous, she couldn't of done a better job of making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She even played the Modern Family to distract me a bit. Anesthesia was virtually painless and was asked consentingly of any discomfort or pain. Have more worked planned certainly trust her to do it. Not just best dentist but best doctor i been to. David

I hadn't visited a dentist in a very long time. I was ashamed as it is, knowing I had cavities. But once I set foot into Ma's Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, I felt so at ease by how the staff made me feel comfortable. Everyone greets you with smiles. Dr. Dionisio-Ma informed me about my "many" cavities, which made me feel embarrassed, but I learned how much she really cares to really help you to get your teeth healthy. There's no scolding, no "putting you down." She provided helpful suggestions and answered my questions at the same time making me realize the proper way I should be caring for my teeth. Since I had to come back for several visits, I was always provided with prompt confirmation calls prior to each appointment. Then at each appointment, Dr. Dionisio-Ma gave me the updates for each tooth filling she would do. What amazed me the most, is how thorough she is and listens to my concerns. I am now decay free and in the middle of my teeth whitening process! Thx to Dr. Dionisio-Ma!
