I had the same problem with fraud and Dr. Mehtani. He said he was going to do one thing and did another. He agreed with my Kaiser doctors treatment plan but reported something else to EDD. They stopped my payments and now it's a mess. I'm sick and have to deal with this problem because he probably get's a kickback from everyone he takes off of SDI.

This doctor cancels most patient appointments these days and when you do get to see him, he doesn't take notes at the time of the appointment. I know for a fact that he wrote a report about me with tons of errors and then asked me where he got that mis-information! How would the patient know how he got so much wrong! This means that the insurance company gets false information or mis-information that can be very hurtful. He sees drug reps before any patient regardless of how late he is. You're just a dollar sign sitting in his waiting room. He has one provider that wears springs in the heals of her shoes and her office looks like a hoarder! Is this someone that should be seeing patients? Others just offer a check list to make sure he has asked the necessary questions. So disappointed in Dr. Mehtani and his office. Shame on him. Patients are people that are there for help.

Dr Mehtani is a very dishonest man. He committed a workers' compensation fraud against me by willfully lying in a report. He was too busy to see me to provide me medication and then report that I wasn't taking my medication. I had (and still have) a phone conversation catching him in his lies. He never spent more than five minutes with me when I came to an appointment. More about his fraud can be viewed at my website www.raleysexposed.com/dr_janak_mehtani. In fact, when I included a page about this doctor on my web site, I contacted his office and informed them of this page about Dr. Mehtani. I have caught a lot of dishonest people in my life, but catching Dr Mehtani committing a workers compensation fraud against me ranks high on the list. After my experience with Dr. Mehtani, I no longer trust doctors.
