Dr. Okafor and staff are amazing. I came here after 2 long years of suffering with severe neck pain. Other doctors told me they could not help me anymore. One of those doctors gave me at least 20 injections. Dr. Okafor treated me problem with surgery and I am in no pain now. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. Ten stars from me!

As an athlete, this office was the only one willing to work with me. Most doctors told me to stop playing, but Dr. Okafor found the best plan possible. The staff is always so nice and awesome! Recovery is hard mentally and physically but a great support system helps! Being 19 it was hard to find someone to listen to my symptoms and concerns, but here they did just that. The prior 5 doctors I went to were not as caring. Plus they offer snacks while waiting in the office!

Dr. Okafor is by far the best spine surgeon. He was very understanding of my bad pain, and cared enough to spend significant time explaining to me his recommendations. Having gone to other spine specialist and surgeons, and having had other spine surgeries, Dr. Okafor finally fixed my problem with one surgery. Thank you Dr. Okafor for listening and caring.

This is the best place and the best staff of any doctors I have been to. When they say the pain stops here and they've got your back they mean it. I Barbara Louden have been coming to Spine Institute of Central Florida for a year and a half. This place is great, it is the best place I go to and I go to a lot of doctors. All of the staff is great and will always help you any way they can and do it with a smile. They are always there for you and I wish all doctor offices could be like this place. I came to Spine Institute of Central Florida because of my back. I was having back problems but later my neck started hurting too so I was referred to Dr. Okafor and his team. I did physical therapy, injections and then I had a surgery done by Dr. Okafor. I have had a great experience at the facility. The staff and Dr. Okafor are wonderful. If he had not done the surgery when he did I would have been paralyzed. Before the surgery I was in constant pain from my neck and once I had the surgery I’m not in constant pain, I feel a lot better. I like Spine Institute of Central Florida more than other places because I was able to get the treatment I needed. I am very happy with my care.

My name is Connie Locke and Dr. Okafor is my doctor at Spine Institute of Central Florida. Before receiving surgery from Dr. Okafor I could not walk very good, I could only sit for about 3 minutes and then I would have to get up because the pain was so bad. I have had that problem for about 15 years and I came to Spine Institute of Central Florida about 8 months ago. Before surgery I was on pain killers and other medicine and I laid around all the time, it was horrible. Since receiving surgery everything has changed. I can do anything I want now. I am ready to go. I am actually going cross country on a trip and my family and I are going to be camping everywhere we go and I haven’t been camping in at least 20 years because there was no way I could have. I couldn’t hike, I couldn’t do anything and now since the surgery I am walking at least 3 to 4 miles a day. I also used to do a lot of crafts and quilting so I am back to doing that to. I am so thankful for Dr. Okafor and for what he did for me.

I love Dr. Okafor. I think he is the greatest thing there ever was and everybody at Spine Institute of Central Florida has been very good to my husband and I. A year ago when we came, Dr. Okafor did two surgeries on me. He went through my side and three days later put rods in my back. The pain never went away though, the rods did well but I still had low pain in my side so Dr. Okafor went in and put something in there two weeks ago and it sure made a difference. I love to work outside, I love to work in my garden, I love to mow the lawn and cook. I like to do things for people and I have been doing nothing for the last two years but hopefully things are going to be different in a few weeks. I am feeling so much better now, the constant stabbing pain isn’t there that I have had for two years. I think things are going to be a lot better.
