Had 3 surgeries on thumb for torn ligaments. That was probably 8-10 years ago. Had to go to another Dr. To correct. Stopped seeing me because my insurance ran out. Now I'm having more pain and hardly any use of my right hand without pain.

The staff was great and Dr. Jurbala told me everything I was going to experience with my hand and was spot on. The surgery took around 20 minutes and I got the best nights sleep since. Have not slept through the night in 4 months. I did not need anything more than Tylenol and aleeve for pain . My surgery was on a Thursday and I quit taking pain medication on Sunday. Today has been a week and I almost have full use of my hand. I highly recommend Dr. Brian Jurbala and his staff .

I like Carpal Tunnel Express because the staff was wonderful and Dr. Jurbala was the best, I hate to even look at needles but he kept me calm and transform my mind. The process of the surgery took like 15 to 20 minutes per hand. I slept that night and had a dream, I have not had a dream in years because of not sleeping well. One advice I will give is too buy your Advil and Tylenol before and if you are having both hands done have a driver. It’s been now 5 days my hands are getting better each day and more energy I have from getting sleep.

Two fingers and the thumb on my dominant right hand were constantly numb, especially at night. I saw a Board Certified surgeon in my home state and learned it would be quite a difficult (for me) surgery with a fairly long healing time. In Florida for the winter, I looked on the internet for a hand surgeon. I found Dr. Jurbala's information and surgery methods and was very interested. I made an appointment and my wife and I traveled from Venice, FL to Lakeland and arrived late morning on Feb 2, 2018. My problem was quickly diagnosed as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Dr Jurbala performed the surgery as I watched. Aside from the hand and wrist numbing shot which hurt, there was no other pain and I was fascinated watching him work. Now the result. PERFECT. By 3:30 that afternoon my wife and I were having lunch at McDonald down the road from his office. In a day or so I was back to golf and easy doubles tennis. It is now a over year and one-half since the surgery and my fingers and thumb have NEVER been numb since then. Also, all fingers and thumb are fully flexible as when I was younger. Oh, by the way I am now 78.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is very painful and I was was very concerned but it turned out to be great.. It has been one week..very little pain from the surgery.. no numbness..no tingling no waking up in the middle of the night crying in pain.. This is the way to go, no invasive surgery, no anesthesia, no therapy, about 2 weeks to heal time..The conventional surgery has 4 to 6 months heal time..The doctor and the staff were great explained everything and made me feel at ease.. I would definitely recommend CarpalTunnel Express and Dr. Jurbala and his staff to anyone that needs this procedure..

I definitely recommend Carpal Tunnel Express. I have had both hands done, one with the regular Open Release procedure at a regular place and the other at CTE. At the first place, I had a lot of pain afterwards and recovery took quite a while. The staff was professional, but not as customer friendly as they could have been. Even after a few years, I’m still having many symptoms of carpal tunnel, which is very discouraging. I chose to deal with the carpal tunnel in other hand, not wanting to go through the experience again. After a few years, a lot of pain, and numbness 24/7, I searched for some other type of fix and found CTE. The staff was extremely professional but also very friendly, warm and caring. I did not feel like a profit or a procedure number. They answered all questions and went out of their way to ensure I understood everything. Dr. Jurbala is very friendly very good. Immediately after surgery, I could open and close my hand. It has only been 4 days and I no longer have the shooting pains. The numbness has eased up as well. I would definitely recommend CTE, even if it’s out of network or away from your location. The difference and the quality are absolutely worth it...and for some strange reason, they give high end care at a much lower cost. No general anesthesia so no side effects and barely any down time at all. All in all, I am extremely pleased with my experience and my surgery. Thank you to a great team!

I can't say enough good things about Carpal Tunnel Express and Dr. Jurbala. From my very first contact when I reached out for information to my arrival for my appt., it was a seamless experience. Every interaction I had with his team was positive, professional, and efficient. Kimberly even made sure that Alexa played the music that I liked, so that was fun. Having a very comfy leather recliner to lounge in was a new experience for a surgical procedure. Surgical prep was very thorough. And last but certainly not least, Dr. Jurbala was fabulous. He was clear in explaining what to expect, made sure I was comfortable, and has a pleasant demeanor. Some doctors don't care to engage with patients, merely wanting to "get 'em in and get 'em out", but Dr. Jurbala has a genuine interest in the time a person is spending and an appreciation for the trust his patients place in him. The procedure itself was quite impressive, taking no more than 15 mins, with absolutely no pain or discomfort experienced (aside from the very brief poke of the needle for the anesthetic - easy peasy). The post-op instructions were very clear and I went on my merry way. After the numbness wore off several hrs later, there was some pain, but nothing major. I returned to work the next day. Sitting at my computer typing was a bit taxing, but I adapted. My hand feels better each passing day. I HIGHLY recommend Carpal Tunnel Express, Dr. Jurbala, and his entire team.

Great office. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Surgical staff with Dr. Jurbala exceptional. The Carpal Tunnel Express procedure was over in less that 15 minutes with minimal pain. Results excellent. No more numbness or sleepless nights. Thoroughly recommend to all with C.T. symptoms.
