Was seen in E.R. by this Dr. I went in with complaints of left arm pain and numbness. Although I have a perpheral neuropathy I knew this was different. I explained that the pain was extreme and not localized to my left hand any longer. It was up into my shoulder and I thought I was having heart issues. He diagnosed me with peripheral neuropathy, and anxiety. He said because I was a chronic pain patient there was not much he could do. He gave me 5mg valium, 30 mg toredol and 60 mg Norflex and to follow up with Dr Aguila whom of which I am a patient and couldn't even get appointment for MRI results. In less than 24 hrs I was senn at our other local ER where i was admitted for 5-6 days due to extremely low blood count. I had internal bleeding and had to have a blood transfusion of 3 units. Dr. Barnes and the staff at KRMC ER treated me as if I were a drug addict and was just there for meds when in fact I was literally bleeeding out from peptic ulcers. My bloood pressure was so low it was cin my shoulder and chest
