Dr. Kaelin is the best dentist in Cape Girardeau hands down. I've been seeing him for several years now and my teeth have never been in this great of shape. His office is state of the art.

great dentist, nice clean office, up to date equipment. took care of my problem promptly, then gave excellent treatment to make my teeth healthy again. Dr. Kaelin will help me keep my teeth the rest of my life.
