Very, very competent and thorough. Gets to know her patient . Follows her patients and even calls at nite "11 pm" with important test results and plans for going forward. This is busy place but patient care is prompt and organized. One problem No Parking for handicapped to park and walk to clinic. Traffic flow is very poor for the average patient physical condition. This is common for Methodist Financial Mgt. Patient never comes first.

This office needs an update in decor. Sad and depressing offices. The staff were not bad, just average. Courteous, but a very busy place that runs like a factory. Not conducive to a welcoming atmosphere to a scared patient. Dr Challa is very busy and has an all business attitude. Questions can be answered at the end of her discussion. No give and take. Not the best "bed side" manner, but she seems to be a very capable doctor who knows what she is talking about.
