Dr. Thomas operated on my back about 3 years ago and I continue to be pain free and entirely mobile. I thank God everyday for treatment and remarkable surgical skills!!!

Dr Thomas is fantastic. His office staff is wonderful and April, his PA, is great. My orthopedic doctor called about getting me in to see Dr Thomas. Dr Thomas stayed late on a Friday afternoon until I could get to his office! I’m three and a half weeks post surgery and doing great. I’m also pleased that Dr Thomas relies on God and gives God glory after surgeries.

He is polite friendly and efficient. Not really personal. Not even sure he knew who I was even though he did surgery on me. Great staff. He is too busy. Just checking off boxes to see what surgery you need. Doesn’t seem to really care about outcome after.

I’m a new patient, dr Thomas hasn’t figured out my exact problem yet but i will say he and Callie are leaving no stone unturned.....they are taking great care of me while we wait for each test, his staff has fought with my insurance tooth and nail to get me approved for all of the tests that insurance would rather deny, they’ve been able to squeeze me in, when i know they haven’t had an open appointment and they have always met me with a smile and I’ve never once felt rushed, in fact a friend took me into one of my appointments and as we were about to leave she said, I’m about to make an appointment, I’ve got some weird pain in _____. Dr. Thomas said, well here let me just take a look now, no sense in coming back in, examined her, made her plan of care and had her fixed in just a couple days. I’m fully confident that they will figure me out and get my issues resolved and if my problem isn’t within his scope of practice, I’m certain they will put me in the care of the right dr.

Dr. Brad Thomas is never on time. He rushes through the visit. He is rude, & needs to learn how to be kind, & more compassionate to patients that are in extreme everyday pain. He does not take the time & explain things well.
Highly disappointed!!!!!!

Dr. Thomas did not take the time to explain exactly what he would be doing during my surgeries. I spent at least 5 hours in pre-op waiting for surgery. He is pleasant, but it always seemed as though he could not get out of the room quickly enough.

Dr. Brad A. Thomas' response
Hello Rate MDs reviewer,

Thank you for your observations about your experience with me and with Arkansas Surgical Hospital. I am sincerely sorry that you were less than pleased with the time we took to explain the surgical procedure and what to expect. My apologies also for the amount of time you spent waiting in pre-op. Sometimes a surgery is more complicated than expected and goes longer than planned. We strive to give the best possible experience to every patient, so if you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call me on my cell at 501-529-4331 or contact me at drt@lrneuro.com. We appreciate you taking time to tell us how we can do better for our patients.

Sincerely, Dr. Brad Thomas
