His staff is incompetent, resulting in playing phone tag on a regular basis or receiving no return call. Also, when I requested a report from his office after an MRI, they mailed me a copy of another patient.

His staff was awful. He wasn't as bad as they were but didnt impress me a ton.

Dr. Phommachanh treated my ear infection that resulted in significant hearing loss. He was able to quickly identify the source of my hearing loss and established a non-invasive protocol that has me well along the road to full recovery. Dr "P" is an excellent listener and was very thorough in his examinations. He clearly and thoroughly explained my treatment options and the anticipated timing for recovery. He recommended a non-surgical resolution, which takes a little longer for recovery, but does not have any notable risks. I appreciated that he recommended a non-invasive approach. Dr P is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him.

Dr. Phommachanh took my tonsils out and I was eating a hamburger the next day with little pain. I healed very quickly. He did a wonderful job. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and he listens. I wanted to go back to him to fix my deviated septum, and remove my thyroid (I have hashimotos) but I was told he moved. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good ENT. I've seen a few quacks so was very relieved to have found Dr. Phommachanh. I trust younger Dr.'s more b/c I think they are taught more up-to-date procedures in medical school than the older Dr's were taught. Dr. Phommachanh is very knowledgeable and I can attest without reservation to the fact that any of his patients can rest assured that they are in good hands.
