I requested a lumbar back x-ray in early September during my first-and last-visit. I sent more than 3 emails, never was ordered. My scripts don’t go through KP but after 9 days and 4 emails she finally transferred the scripts to my drug store. And then when she prescribed a new med, CVS caught the dangerous contradictions I would have experienced based on a pre-existing condition and a med I’ve been on for 6 years. During the complaint investigation she lied about what we discussed- has since changed the visit summary I can access on my patient portal.

She told the investigator I was experiencing brain confusion from a med and was using it off label. No on both counts. Bad doctor. Bad person.
