I went to Dr. MCCallum with a recommendation. though, He is great with patient (funny, charming, personable), the billing for any service is never sure of anything. the estimation was WAY above what they had told me. so be aware of his staff and his practice when you walking in. there are lots of surprises when it comes to payment
