I love Dr. Rawal. She has always been amazing with my kids. I will say the new staff are horrible! They have been rude, lost paperwork and are not timely in things that need done!! If it wasn’t for Dr. Rawal, I would have left a long time ago!!

Meena never seems to care about the patients only the pay check! She was just very fast and didn't care about your questions! The staff is by far the worse staff ever. Lazy! I have been waiting for my sons medical records since November so we can switch doctors but they refuse to allow me to get them. Claim there not coming when I have 26 successfully sent faxes to the correct fax number. Now after being hung up on 4 times they say they are in storage and it will take a few days. To top this all off they told me my 3 month old was 4lbs which was what the scale was reading. (She was 8lbs at birth) when I said the scale was broke she had an attitude and said our scales are fine. After waiting 7 days to get her medical records she was 17lbs. So there scale was off 13lbs but still argued it was fine. This was after waiting an hour in a room. While I could hear all the workers outside of the door just giggling and talking about their weekend.

I chose Dr. Meena Rawal after carefyl consideration and my delivery at Aultman Hospital. My husband is provided with excellent insurance through his work in the oil field and fr the beginning there were mixups mostly on the providers fault and a few on the office staff. Every time I went to an appointment there was a new issue brought to my attention. But this last time, today actually o went to my appointment, waited and hour and twenty minutes for anyone to come to only to be confronted by the doctor about a high balance, mind you, insurance issues AGAIN and then she continued to tell me how it was coming out of her pocket and she was basically doing me a favor giving my infant his shots. She didn't even check him out and due to me being upset she walked out slamming the door and startling the baby I just got asleep who was cranky hungry and hot. She didn't even say anything. I was not only humiliated and made to feel like common garbage. The waiting rooms is sticky and filthy too!

Dr. Meena Rawal is amazing with my daughter. I recommend her to anyone who I know is looking for a doctor for their child. She makes every appointment very personal and is always engaged with a positive attitude when dealing with patients.

She is a great doctor. I have a special needs child with multiple disabilities. Anything she didn't specialize in she sent me in the right direction to the best specialist. She was an angel sent from heaven.
