This practice scams people, that’s all they do!. Dr. Phillips and her billing department use patients credit/debit cards on file to randomly charge for unknown services. Patients do NOT get notified right away and therefore, get scammed. When you try to track your money, they come up with a lullaby of a story to cover their tracks! As a prior patient of theirs, they have charged my credit card number of times for testing and therapy, which has absolutely no explanation for it. Stay away from this place and Dr. Phillip, you will loose your privilege to practice, it in a very short time, just wait to see!

This practices continues to charged me for missed appointments which I never made for my family. They are using my credit card information on file to charge significant amounts of money (randomly) and without my prior authorization. Stay away from this practice!

Do NOT under any circumstances visit this practice. The services are poor, there is no communication with Dr. Phillips (she is rarely ever in the building) and she will charge you thousands of dollars worth of testing. Then she will proceed to suggest additional services when she has no clue what your needs are in the first place. Just to mention you that testing, therapy, biofeedback, etc is all done by a half master’s level and a half bachelor’s level staff, who should be supervised, but for some unknown reasons, they are not! Find a better place and don’t fall for what Dr. Phillips promises. I unfortunately did and still cannot get my report. Dr. Phillips wants me to pay additional money so she can release my report???

Dr. Phillips is nowhere to be seen. My daughter told me that the practice has a master and bachelor level associates, who need to be supervised and have been complaining of not getting supervision. Also, I have been trying to recover my money for months from this practice and nothing yet? Do NOT come to this place for any services, they will treat you poorly and take out thousands of dollars worth of money from your debit/credit card! In addition, the staff is not even qualified to do most of these things!

Dr. Phillips is never in the office. I started the services for my daughter here a while back and I was paired up with a master level therapist who did not know anything about autism to be able to treat my daughter. This same girl, later on told me that she was pushed to see patients who she had no obvious training with at all. Find another place to go, this practice is a nightmare!

I have been charged over $5,000 dollars by this practice (don’t have insurance coverage now, but desperately needed testing for my kid) for neuropsychological services. Dr. Phillips is manipulating me now and won’t release my report without additional $500! Not to mention, that she took $500 for a three hour feedback where she just rambled and I could not get a word in. In addition, I still have not gotten bill for all the therapy services for my son and now, have already passed charges of $6,500 to my credit card ?? I am reporting Dr. Phillips and staff to APA for sure! Shame on you Dr. Phillips and people you serve, you should be ashamed of yourself and should be in jail! In addition, her front desk consists of guy named Tim (barely a bachelor degree), who has yet to release all of the bills (charges) to my credit card! Yes, it’s true , they charge your credit card for thousand dollars worth of testing and then they put in a vicious cycle of “contact this one, contact that one,” until you loose all hope!! Her family, who is employed at the practice (by the way has no qualifications whatsoever), carries on with this fraudulent work and are helping her get away with it! Stay far away from them!

This practice charges thousands of dollars worth of services for neuropsych testing. They are constantly withdrawing money from patient accounts and will not give you a breakdown of their services! Dr. Phillips, is never available and she uses her family who she employs at the front desk to manipulate things. By the way, these people are not qualified to work in this field at all. Go somewhere else, even if you have to wait! This is insane!

I have two kids who I brought to this practice. Dr.P met with us and suggested testing right away, which I was fine with initially, however fast forward 10 months and I still have not received my kids neuropsych report. When I called the front desk, Tim, told me that it was “not due yet” and I was mad. It does not take a year to write a report. In addition, Dr. P told me that my kids need to be in therapy so she can withdraw even more money. I am still waiting for my kids neuropsych report though! This practice is complete scam and to not go there. Save yourself time and money! Dr.P cannot be reached as she is never in the office! Her staff is usually working long hours and she is not even present in the building, which by law she should be there all of the time. Hal, which I later on learned is her husband, who is not qualified to be around at all, is taking phone calls and manipulating people! Horrible place....don’t see them!

I was patient of Dr.P around when Covid started, she never wore a mask and told me and my husband that we should take off the masks while in a meeting with her. She was in complete denial. She would say, CDC guidelines, say that doctor office can decide whether they want to wear a masks or not????! If this does not show her disconnect with reality, I don’t know what does! I went to see her couple of more times after that and she NEVER wore a mask. I also have a child with a very serious medical condition and this is completely unacceptable behavior. Not to mention that the front desk also never wore masks. Obviously, I did not see her anymore!
