Crooks! They are keeping pictures of people on their website who are no longer employed by them to hide their lack of professionalism and incompetence! They can’t keep a hold of no one god longer then a year or so! Stay away from this place!

Was trying to make an appointment as a new patient, but the issue of having a credit card on file came up right away! I read the rest of comments and I recommend that you stay away from this practice. Tim, who answered the phone, had no clue about the testing procedure, but kept insisting on having a credit card on file?? Really, Tim, sorry man, I was NOT born yesterday! Crooks and incompetent people!

Wanted to make an appointment for my daughter, but learned that most of the therapists here are part -time and that I could not choose a therapist. What? Scam for sure! In addition, this practice does not update their website with the most current therapists! Ask to be seen by one of them and a therapist was “no longer there”??? Stay away from this place for sure!

If I could give a 0 to this place I would. Dr. Philipps cannot keep a team of people for more then a couple of months before it all starts to fall apart! I worked with multiple therapists there, it’s insane. She is definitely a narcissist who does not know anything about healthcare, only how to steal peoples money for poor services she provides. Also, her reputation is way below what’s expected out of professional, and by the way her staff has informed me that she pays people to tell a few nice things about her. Don’t ever bring yourself or your family to this practice. It’s such a shame that people like this exist and are called professionals.

This practice is definition of a true scam! They reputation is fake and they don’t have one, because they scam people constantly! Also, their current staff has no training in neuro at all, they barely know what neuropsychology is and Dr. Philipps is not engaging with anyone unless she has scanned people’s credit/debit card for a thousand dollars or more worth of unexplained services. Her family also runs the practice for her without having any qualifications. Look for another place or you will regret this experience for sure, like I did!!

Save yourself a headache, run from this place! They have nothing to offer, other then to collect your money and then manipulate you to withdraw even more money! Horrible services, don’t know how they are still open!

Dr. Philipps is so rude and unprofessional. All she is interested is money, so look out folks, you don't want to loose money to a crook!! Besides, she does not even test, her staff does, it's embarrassing and she won't be able to help you at all. She took my money and now I cannot even get a hold of anyone. I will have to go through a police, I guess.

Do NOT under any circumstance see this doctor! She is after money only, you will NOT receive what you need as a patient. Front desk, Tim, is untruthful together with the rest of team. Their billing services are nonexistent and even them are saying that they have nothing to do with overdrawn money from patients accounts at this practice. Save yourself time and headache and go see someone more reputable and honest!

Crooks!! They will keep charging you even after you are no longer a patient. And now they’re phones are disconnected. They’re liars. Front desk staff are the most rude I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Horrible services! This practice owns me money, but I cannot get a hold of anyone! It is clear that they are scamming people! The staff is poorly trained and does not know anything about neuropsychology. I had an encounter with her staff member, Caitlin Wolf, who was extremely unprofessional and rude and tried to cover the tracks for Dr. Philipps! Dr. Phillips is not in the building as a licensed professional and has made her husband, who by the way, has nothing to do with field of psychology, manager her practice. Don’t go here for any services, there are many other places who are more competent and will NOT use your personal information to steal your hard earned money!
