I have been a patient of Dr. Swirsky-Sacchetti for over 2 years and I feel that she has been a tremendous blessing in my life. I began seeing Dr. Swirsky-Sachetti when I was severely depressed after separating from my then-husband. She is always willing to work with my schedule and is very patient and flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. As with any therapist it took us some time to get to know one another's styles and I found her very open to allowing me to find what path would be most helpful in my appointments I feel extremely comfortable talking about my feelings both negative and positive. It is one of the few places in my life that I do not feel as though I am being judged. She has allowed me to discuss my current life while engaging in memories and emotions of my past that has given me the opportunity to better understand how I have come to be the person I am and how and why I have made the choices that have brought me to my life today. On average I look forward to going to therapy--although there are times when I just don't feel like going--I ALWAYS feel better when leaving. I feel that I can trust Dr. Swirsky-Sacchetti and I know she has my best interest at heart. I am fully aware that any type of therapy is not going to "cure" my "issues" and that I have to work at finding happiness and balance in my own life--and I truly feel that my weekly visits with Dr. Swirsky-Sachetti is helping me reach those goals.

Worst "therapist" ever. Run, don't walk. Does not listen; does not speak. Just sits there.
