Dr. Park is a wounderful doctor. I'm sad to hear theirs bad reviews. Not to mention the staff went above and beyond to find out what my insurance was. I've never used my vision insurance so I have no idea how it works. The staff was very knowledgeable and walk me through it that exam was fast and easy the doctor got my contact lens prescription right on the DOT my other doctor however would never get a correct Dr. Paul Thompson and that's why I decided to look for another doctor Dr. Romy Park she knew exactly what I needed very pleased with the service I received I found my new eye doctor. I would completely recommend this doctor

Dr. Romy's staff is absolutely horrific!! This must be their first "out of highschool" job because their knowledge of anything is embarrassing. Tracey (the front desk person) didn't even know the right insurance to use for me since I have two. Kept saying they dont take my ins when I've been there in the past with that same insurance. Then had the nerve to make me feel like I was in the wrong! She's inadequate and totally unhelpful. It's a shame that companies hire these girls thinking they're doing their job with customers over the phone and they are doing nothing of the sort. The other office girl was just as bad. Looks bad on the docter when she has these type of people working for her. If I could give a less than one star for this place, I would. AWFUL!! Don't waste your time here. You'll only end up frustrated before you've even made an appt!

Dr Romy park would not let me get a word in edgewise. She did seem willing to correct the problems with my new (40 day old) Walmart glasses but how could she fix anything without listening to my complaints. After 15 minutes of listening to her contradicting statements I asked for the manager. She replied "I am the Owner" . I told her to forget help me. She left the room. I left her office with my wife in amazement!
