Very bad experience regarding their billing. Their staff screwed up the claim with my insurance, and missed the 6 months claim period, then billed me about 18 months later. Then they use the disclaimer agreement everybody signed when visited against me. Said I already signed and agreed to pay the remaining bill, NO MATTER WHAT. So I wasted lots of time , and finally paid almost $100 that supposed to pay by my insurance. Don't recommend, if you don't want any surprise bills. :'(

I love Dr. Massarani! He listens to my son and encourages him to work hard and limit screen time. He works WITH my son for treating his ADHD. He has demonstrated that he truly cares about the well-being of each child. After meeting a big reading goal my son was so excited to tell Dr. Massarani. When my son told him, Dr. M was so proud of him and they high fived and my son felt special.

Very rushed. seemed irritated with my son if he would not cooperate! He does not have a lab, it took two days to diagnose him with strep, my son was in such pain. He seemed arrogant and the poor nurses answer phones and he talks down to his nurses. Left for Beverly Hills Peds. Very very happy!

Dr. Massarani has been our pediatrician for 12 years. He is the REASON my daughter is still alive. She was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a form of cancer, when she was 3 months old and it was ONLY because Dr. Massarani paid attention to our concerns and her symptoms! He ordered a test that found her tumor and she would not be here today if it weren't for him. She is now 9 and healthy! I drive 40 min to see him, and i would trust my children with no one else! In fact, I called him today at 8:50am BEFORE THEY OPENED, and HE answered the phone. HOW MANY DOCS DO THAT?? When I told him I was on my way with my son because he had a sore throat, he said "no problem. Bring him right in!" NO doctor is perfect, but if there was a man who comes the closest…It would be Dr. Massarani! You can call him at 2:00am with a concern and he has no problem helping! You have to TRUST his judgement! He WILL be right and he ONLY has your children's best interest at heart! My children LOVE HIM!

Have been seeing Dr. M for 3 years, very nice man, but i believe he does rush through appointments and have waited all day for return calls from staff regarding what treatments dr recommends. At some points have never heard back when calling regarding concerns! Definitely looking for new pediatrician!!!!

Very unhappy taking my daughter to Dr. Massarani. I am made to feel like a bad parent for taking my child to the er, he does not listen to what is wrong or explain things. Will not be returning, please don't go here unless you want to feel like cattle being rushed through.

We are absolutely thrilled with Dr. Massarani. I would never consider taking our children anywhere else. He cares about each of our three children, and takes all the time needed, no matter what time of day, to ensure that they are looked at and cared for. I never feel as if we're inconveniencing him. I can rest assured that he is only a phone call away, and is there for us 100%. He loves all children, and is truly invested in what he does. He's gotten our children well from everything from RSV to pinkeye to the flu and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful doctor! IF I could give him 10 stars, I would!

We took our two girls to his clinic for more than two years for wellness check-ups and vaccines. He was more than excellent and friendly as long as the girls were fine. However, we did not have good experience with him when the girls were ill. He got irritated when our little one hesitated to open her mouth for a throat swab when we took her there with a sore throat. My elder one had constipation and Dr. Massarani would not remember her history when we went to him for follow ups - twice within three months. What irritated us was he wouldn't make an effort to look at the chart and refresh his memory before checking her. We have now switched to another clinic...so far so good!
