I have been a patient of Dr Amy E Scanlan for 16 years I started seeing her in 1999 On federal Blvd she was in practice with Dr Dole & Blitz I wanted a female dr. My husband has been going to this drs office before him and i was married, i was already going threw breast cancer & chemo as a new patient she took me. where she moves I move. she listens she is concerned she has meet my family but most of all i have cried to her told her the most personal stuff going on most of it affects my health her greatest saying to me is " You can't control whats going to happen, you only can control YOU "I really don't no what I would do with out her she is my rock. She has a very busy schedule but when it's your appointment it is your time. I am 54 years old and have never had a Dr some great as Amy

I highly recommend Dr. Amy Scanlan to any and all. Like another review stated, her office moved further from me (a year or so ago) and I continue to go see her due to her knowledge, her authenticity, good counsel (complete with honesty around any area that may not be her specialty) and most importantly the time she takes with her patients. Though I know she has a very busy schedule, you will never feel rushed! She is present and engaging ... ALWAYS! (that's saying something!!)

I have been going to Amy Scanlon for years & rate her the highest I could ever rate any doctor. Never rushes you, listens & makes appropriate decisions. Although she has moved farther away then I would like, I continue to go to her. Can't beat a doctor like this one! The staff is usually great except for one young lady at the desk who will sometimes speak without thinking. Otherwise I give this office the highest marks I can.

I love her! She makes me think about the care I give myself. She's the BEST Dr. I've ever had in my 50+ years. She doesn't rush you through but takes the extra time to understand. I've been following her through several of her office changes and would hightly recommend her to anyone.

Very Helpful and thorough, takes the time that she needs. Personable, kind, and prompt. Helps me stay focused on keeping healthy vs. just focusing on curing illness. Would absolutely recommend her.

Staff always pleasant, Doctor has always been 100% right in my case. Very knowledgeable & always takes as much time as needed. We have established great rapport. When she changed offices I followed her even though it was farther away from where I live. Don't ever want to have to give her up. Only problem is trying to get an appointment in a short time. Staff tries but it is like so many other offices in that we need more doctors. However, they usually try to get one in to see someone or advise going to an emergency clinic if they simply cannot fit you in. If you take an appointment with another doctor Scanlan usually comes in to see you, if even for a minute or two.

Always helpful, willing to listen, if she doesn't know the answer she'll do what she can to find out. Very personable. Often calls you herself instead of a nurse.

Dr. Scanlan & her back-up, Dr. Wilkerson are WONDERFUL! Very friendly, very knowledgable, and are very helpful. I had my first child recently and they made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was extremely happy with their service. I really like that they are a family practice so my husband, myself, & my new born daughter all have the same doctor! Could not ask for anything better!
