*If you are looking for a review on her knowledge and expertise as a doctor, this is not the right review for you... I didn't make it that far. I was absolutely disgusted with how my appointment with Dr. Baxter went after being highly recommended by my PCP. I ended up in tears right in front of her out of frustration for not being listened to, being told to stop talking, implying I wasn't being truthful, gaslighting, shaming, I could go on. The most unprofessional moment was not warning me the spray she put in my nose would numb my throat and cause swallowing issues (I was there for a deviated septum and dysphasia - trouble swallowing), to then walk out the door and leave me terrified for a few moments as I suddenly felt my throat becoming numb and had trouble swallowing. I am a highly educated, professional woman (with medical background), her condescension was humiliating. Needless to say, I would never allow this woman near my face with a scalpel.

I have seen Dr. Baxter 4 times in the past year due to malignant growth removal and follow-up checkups. She has always been courteous, encouraging and compassionate. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Baxter is the best ENT doctor teat I have ever seen in the last 20+ years of my life of seeing different specialists about my problem and had several sinus/polyps surgeries that turned my post-surgery life into miserable. I lately saw her and she was very friendly, smiling all the time, explained my condition to me thoroughly and suggested surgery but never forced me to have it. I immediately felt comfortable to go for surgery with her. I had the surgery done and WONDERFUL is the least to say about her work, especially with the no suffering that I experienced after surgery. I am surprised to read some bad reviews about her and couldn't believe they were talking about the same Dr. Baxter that I have been seeing because their experiences were completely the opposite of mine with her

I was referred by my primary doctor to see Dr Baxter. I know why - she's The BEST ENT doc I've ever seen! I have been a patient of hers for 5 solid years, needing to be seen sometimes monthly, sometimes weekly. To say I've been around her and her staff often is an understatement. Dr Baxter is the first person to correctly diagnose me, after decades of going undiagnosed or misdiagnosed... and her surgical skills and bedside manner have been first rate! I wish all of my doctors and their staffs were as skilled and as sweet as Dr Baxter. Love her! She is professional, I have never heard her swear, is great with kids and adults I have a family member who went to another ENT and had the same surgery -- we had completely different experiences post op and I got the better end of the deal. Even today, I'm long recovered but she is not. My other treatments are coming to an end (Thank you Dr Baxter for making me healthy again) and I will really miss being around her and her staff. I always leave smiling.
I wouldn't hesitate to send my family, friends, and neighbors to Dr Baxter!

Dr Baxter seemed to know very little about otolaryngology. She wanted to order endless tests and do many procedures but couldn't really explain why. She is rude, has a bad temper and swears often even around children

I have been very pleased with my interaction with Dr. Baxter so far. She has been courtious and understanding during my first two visits and I would not hesitate to refer her to a friend or foe.
