I appreciate this Doctor and his staff. Im 28 and went into his office very nervous and afraid of my Psoriatic Arthritis condition. He was friendly reassuring and confident and that made me feel comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr. Bacon for almost 3 years now and am VERY happy with his staff and with his treatment of my arthritis. Way too many complainers on this website!

Terrible and incompetent staff. Rude, insensitive, lazy staff. Like another review here, Bacon's bedside manner left me feeling brushed off. Horrible experience all around.

The doctor was very helpful in explaining what Sjogren's syndrome is and why so many other doctors just claimed I had lupus, but never treated me. He was diligent in his bloodwork and has helped me significantly. I wish there were more he could do for the pain, but as long as we are preventing further damage, I am happy.

I am a patient of Dr. Berry but needed to get in sooner so front staff put me in with him. I had been treated by berry and my primary for lupus for months , on well working medication might I add. no pain meds. I went in simply for a refill and to go over some symptom changes and prolonged fevers and joint pain im 30 years old. I was informed in the waiting room by the clerical staff (before I ever met this man )that he bacon felt my apt was not needed. I insisted that I be seen as per the office staff knew I was in pain and had been working with me to get in. he finally seen me and immediately brushed off my diagnosis and positive ANA and DNA pattern saying that I didn't need my meds maybe I didn't have lupus at all I asked why dr berry would diagnose me and give me lupus meds then he said maybe just to pacify me that those meds could be for anything. I am disgusted at his approach and bedside manner and his dismissal of my medical history. the medical board will be getting a letter

I just recently went to see a Dr. Bacon to address my Lupus. I was so upset because our initial consultation lasted no more than 3 minutes! My husband talked me into returning as I agreed that maybe it was short because he wanted my most current labs. Well to my disgust the second appointment was shorter than the first, and he had the nerve of "discharging" me as I no longer needed to see him for my condition. Not only was he not professional or culturally sensitive, but he had zero social skills! I later received the statement from my insurance clearing his $330 consultation fee. What a nerve!
