Very friendly and seems to really care. Didn't know what to do about my particular problem and didn't find someone who could help me; that was frustrating. I found someone on my own. I'd go back to Dr. Garner for OBGYN issues but know his referals suck. I like that he hugs patients and remembers things about our lives.

Dr. Garner is the best OBGYN you can ask for. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and to answer any questions you have. I gave his staff a "3" because there is a billing nurse there who is always a problem. Everytime I've gone dealt with her, for over 5 years now, she's always been rude and very unhelpful. However, the rest deserve a "5" rating. Overall this is the best Dr. and staff there is.

Dr. Garner is amazing! I only gave the staff a "4" because they need more help on the phones but they are VERY nice and professional. He returns calls within hours, doesn't complain when you ask too many questions. I went to him for a 2nd opinion and he covered every base. The news he gave me was actually worse than what I had been told before but he was so thorough, kind and competant that it was less stressful than dealing with other doctors. He calmed my fears about surgery, check in on me before and after when I was home. I'm a patient for life. He's also hysterical! He doesn't joke at anyone's expense but he keeps you laughing!

Great doctor! The best OB/GYN. If I would have another child it will have to be deliver by him. The only issue is to schedule the appoitment-office is hectic!

DR.GARNER IS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!! NOT ONLY IS HE DOWN TO EARTH. HE TREATS YOU LIKE YOUR A REAL PERSON AND NOT LIKE HE IS ABOVE YOU. COMPARED TO OTHER DOCTORS HE EXCEEDS ALL MY EXPECTATIONS!! HE DELIVERED MY 4TH BABY AND IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN A BETTER EXPERIENCE!! AND I KNOW ALLOOTT OF PEOPLE WHO FEEL THE SAME!! NORTHLAKE OBGYN ROCKS!!:0)

Dr.Garner is very nice and polite but his staff is not very helpful when questions about service arise. Felt rushed when trying to explain concerns to Dr.Garner not because he was rude but felt like he was not really acknowledging with importance what I was trying to explain. When referred to another physician due to the findings of my concerns I was told that results were going to be faxed immediately in time for my appointment, yet the referring physician had no information what-so-ever and therefore did not know the purpose of my visit. I had to wait additional time in order for the referring doctor to see me; I was very disappointed.

Dr. Garner was great during the examination. I thought he could have been more professional and a better listener during our conversation in his office. I felt rushed asking my questions.

Dr. Garner is great. He makes you laugh so that you feel more at ease and he is so sweet and helpful.
