She became angry when i disagreed with a proposed regimen of topical treatments for acne. Then strormed out without addressing the other issues I was there seeking treatment for. She should lay off the botox.

professional, courteous, and explained the situation very thoroughly. I actually came by the office to pick up my lab reports and the Dr. insisted on going over the results with me even though I didn't have an appointment. I appreciated this effort!

I have seen Dr. Casse for the past year on a few different occasions for different things. I can tell you that I have never had a more thorough skin check or evaluation from another doctor. I have never found her to be "just like another doctor" I have insurance that her office does not take, but I choose to pay myself to come see her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I will make this short. Dr. Casse, although very nice and articulate during your office visit, is typical of doctors today that do not go a bit our of their way to help you out. Not only do you have to go through her nurse with important issues, such as being a new patient and having allergic reactions to medications she prescribes, but she will not take the time to call you back for any reason. Dr. Casse would rather you come back into the office and pay her again to mutter the same words she could tell you on the phone. Even if you are having financial issues and you state as such, Dr. Casse will make it clear that she does not care. My personal feeling? Dr. Casse is just another Dr. who is a piece of the crappy medical industry we all have to deal with today. It is money driven, not caring about people driven. If Ms. Casse did not pay enough attention to me on my first visit2 days prior to asking me to come back in to her office, then that is her bad.

I have been treated - on three ocassions - with laser for my sundamaged neck spots. I have to tell you that as a professional in the medical field, I would say Dr. Casse is top notch: friendly, knowledgable and comfortable. Highly recommend.
