Dr. Garner is an excellent physican that treats his patients with respect as well as providing excellent medical advice and services. His caring attitude and attenuation to detail is unequaled amount his peers. The medical staff is always attentative and helpful.

Dr. Garner and the office staff are very polite and helpful. Dr. Garner is knowledgable and offers conservative, sound advice. He maintains interest in his patients and tends to only prescribe treatment that is likely to be beneficial. I would highly recommend Dr. Garner to any patient with pulmonary problems.
