Workers Comp
She gave false information to a vidictive pharmicist (M. Robles)at the Mountlake Terrace, Washington Bartells drug store, who told several of my neighbors in an attempt to vitiate my reputation in the neighborhood. At the time she did this, she was not privy to my on-going treatment or my physical condition. For the last "20" doctors visits, she said and did nothing to help me. I continue today to be in severe pain due to her lack of knowledge and concern.
