Billing is very suspect, I continue to see bills and not having a clue what for, beyond that I never once received any kind of documentation of anything performed. I just received 3 bills totaling over 1k for a day that was spent in a waitroom for 45 min and Dr. To say come back in a week. This will be investigated

He did surgery on my son after an injury and did wonders for him!! He told us what we were up against and what to expect. And I'm very proud to say my so. Is doing great and very pleased with the dr.

He told my wife (Iris Benso) from looking at her exray that he new exactly what was wrong with her spine and he could do a surgury to correct it and it would be out patient and she would walk out of the hospital the same day pain free with no Recovery or therapy. It's been over 2 months and the only releif from the pain is when she is given morphein(sp) I think he should be banned from ever doing spinal surgery he's a QUACK!!!!!!

Dr. Madsen strongly recommended that I have kyphoplasty to relieve back pain. During the surgery he evidently damaged a nerve which left me with my original back pain as well as much more new pain from the damaged nerve. This pain is similar to the pain of shingles. I will be on medication for the rest of my life. He denied responsibility. I am very sorry I had this surgery with Dr. Madsen, and I would not recommend anyone having similar surgery.

Dr. Madsen did a total knee replacement and put it in 40 degrees off. When I brought it to his attention he stated that I had a foot drop. I did have to have it revised because it was put in very badly....

I had 2 surgeries done by Dr. Madsen. One surgery I had done, I found another dr to help me and he said that I didn't need the surgery and my other surgery, I'm still having major issues! I would NOT recommend him to anyone!
