Followed up to carpel tunnel release and cyst on hand. Doctor recommended I use a hand brace and when I informed them I already had one they insisted I get another and then charged $131 to my insurance for the brace. I called immediately after I left the office to see about returning it and they refused saying it was used once I walked out the door. Take in mind also a similar brace from CVS cost $25. This seems nothing short of gross markup and medical insurance fraud. One would think they would take back the brace and not push so hard in the office to sell it if they were interested in doing possible surgery and more business later.

I never spent less than two hours waiting on my scheduled appointment. You can leave when you get there and they call you when it will be only 30 more minutes. They forgot to submit office visits claims for over a year and my company refused to pay them. Thought everything was taken care of after several conversations with office manager, BCBS and Diamond. Four years later they turned me in to a collection agency and I paid out of frustration at being called a deadbeat liar on the phone by PAS. My hand is still a mess even after two months of therapy. Christian?? I think not.
