Dr Crane postponed my treatment because of a Medicare billing error. The error had nothing to do with me as my claim was not one of the problem claims. He originally told me medicare changed a rule. I contacted medicare and found this not to be true. This resulted in my psoriasis flaring. He did not seem to care and offered no apology. Twice his staff forgot to enter my appointment in the compute I left work early for those appointments only to get there to find out I did not have one. I have been waiting three weeks for my medical records to be sent to me.

I have to agree with the woman who felt her personal space was being violated. I have had many surgeries and I have never had any Dr. touch knees or examine parts of my body not related to my arthritis. This may be an acceptable practice but I found it unnecessary in order to come up with a diagnosis. My son is a Dr. and I know that this was just too close for my comfort...and no, I am not a prude, just know right from wrong..

i went to him cause i have a lung decease and was givin a prescription was told google the medication but start taking it asap of which to my surprise found out this medication was a kemo drug of which he never explained this to myself or my husband who was there with me on that appointment will be looking for a better doctor of which i can feel i have better open comunication with am very upset of this and will be reporting him to the doctors board so sad be careful and ask many questions if given a drug also the staff is rude and not so caring about his patients would recommend he get new friendly staff and thats my opionion.

I'm seeing Dr Crane every three months, and he's been my doctor for 10+ years. Before I met him I was seeing other doctor who misdiagnosed me, and kept stuffing me with very strong medications for a disease I did not have. Thanks to Dr Crane my disease is under control, and he basically saved my life. He is never late. Always there for you. Best doctor ever. Very professional, and knowledgeable. He needs to touch your knees dummy! (to the person who had something against). This is his profession, are you princess or what? Get yourself a **** like I had before, he may not touch you just kill you with some weird stuff. I know he is the BEST! Staff is also nice, I have no remarks.

I saw Dr. Crane twice. He had a great bedside manner, was a good listener, patient, and understanding. One of the best bedside manners of all the drs I've ever seen. My only complaints were that I thought he maybe he should've given me a little more personal space when talking with me, knees touching and right up in my face is a bit too close for me. Also, in my opinion the staff is kind of snotty. I waited at the counter for awhile, while what appeared to be four receptionists standing around chatting and laughing....and another one in the computer....all of them at some point saw me but then continued to do whatever they were doing without acknowledging me in any way. This happened both times.

Dr. Crane is always an advocate for the patient. He is very thorough and does not jump into tests or medication unless he is convinced that it will help. He has very high ethics and spends time both questioning and listening to his patients with no rushing.

A superior doctor. Likes to figure things out for himself. Always thinking. My only complaint: I went back to him about a year after my first visit. When I requested copies of the tests he wanted from the second visit, he refused. He stated I would have to get them from the original referring doctor.

This doctor is so kind, gentle, thoughtful and insightful. He does not jump to conclusions and is very thorough. He explains everything, but is not afraid to say "we don't know why this is" but we're not letting up until we have helped you. This doctor has my highest recommendations; he is wonderful!

Always on time. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be called back. Dr. Crane is very thorough, asks probing questions and takes time to answer questions. He is more respectful of patients than many doctors I've seen.
