Great Doctor. Great Staff. Never felt so welcome at a Doctor's office as I do at this one. Not only do you leave knowing what is wrong with you but you leave with a sense of being full of life.

Terrible all the way around...DO NOT GO THERE!!! She will treat you like a second class citizen and its obvious she only cares about her pocket

Wow, I don't know what planet the woman on Sept 11 is from but ifs definitely not ours. Known and been a patient of Dr Connie for decades and I and my family have always been most pleased with the service and doctor Brooks' knowledge as physician. She is a genuine person who cares for the whole person.
The only "tough love" I've ever known her to practice is where what physicians call "drug seekers" that come around trying to feed a prescription pain killer aid addiction. If this describes you, don't waste your time here.
If you genuinely need the care of a caring professional, you need look no further.

Dr.Connie Brooks has a terrible bed side manner. She talked down to me as though i was a child, raised her voice and was not sympathetic to my condition because " she had a lot going on". Dr. Brooks was extremely unprofessional. I requested my copay refunded. I will be finding a better doctor who understands they should treat patients with kindness regardless of what they have going on personally. On top of that they have you wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to be seen by the doctor and take weeks to give back blood work information. Horrible experience! I've never been treated so terribly by a physician. Won't be going back unless it's to pick up my records.
