please stay away..... if want quality chiropractic treatment. I had chiropractic treatment in the past to know superb service and this is not it. after one day once I arrived for consultation and realized it was open facility treatment I contacted the office-Chamblee tucker and explained I will not be returning (I made sure to record the conversation; to make sure of billing asking outright my charge for that 30 mins one day session I did not finish)....... even prior to coming I did research on this company to ask around how much their prices for services. staff said straight "we are not pricy so normally sessions run from $65-120 and we are the largest chiropractor services in Atlanta with in house doctor if needed; so I felt somewhat comfy and was really anticipating treating here while in atlanta ...months later; no bill ever received so I felt they kept their word......months later I get a lien for over $300 for a 30 min session of heat pads I did not continue with nor ever received notice will be charge; even with me recording assistant director I spoke with on recording stating that I did not complete treatment for billing and hope I return in the future.... to make things worst I immediately contact the office and was told to come in person to discuss or write them (the director/doctor hung up on me- even with me telling him i'm recording him and my attempt to settle billing for a settlement I already close so a lien will not help and that I recorded discussing my bill....even so who charges this amount for this poor ghetto serive). I called back approx. 15 times and each time soon as I identified myself "yes I will like to speak to billing" the front reps (2) and the doctor hung up on; even went as far as to say I place your number to the police for harassment... I finally contacted Valerie miller whose name signed the lien and called 3 way so she could hear how the staff at the location is handling me (very sad) that any business can bill you but not speak about the bill when in their letter says contact them to discuss and its your right; i'm not obligated to have to come in to discuss a bill (a location over an hour away)....stay away this type of company takes advantage of people and it shows. luckily I had my recordings to contest the illegal lien. word of mouth and referral goes a long way and do not support this company not just based on my experience; it is clear with their outrageous billing and instantly placing a lien that they said wouldn't bill me for this is they chiropractors you stay away from do yourself a favor and find quality for that price not a open facitily room with outrageous price. This company operates under various names to deceive clients such as acronyms AICA and Southern Health Center. They use doctor present at chiropractor’s clinic recommending that you see the doctor in order to enable AICA to place medical lien on accident settlement award of patients that come to see them and overcharge what is reasonable and customary of other chiropractic offices in the area. I.e.. Cyro therapy which consists of placing an ice bag on my knee cost me 50$ per visit The doctor they pushed me to agree to see in their office has a history of unethical practices and has been reprimanded and fined by the board of medical examiners in GA. They do not accept medical insurance such as CIGNA, UHC, or BlueShield because the insurance companies will not approve of their facility and practices. Most importantly do not see doctor at any of these offices if you must make use of chiropractor potential medical
